FUNCTIONS OF AN INSTITUE ON WHEELS, MOBILE TEACHING CENTER

Designer buses as this variant of Mobile Training Bus, have multiple uses ranging from, giving training to doctors & nurses with new and critical procedures at their doorsteps, providing on- site information about health-care, illness & epidemics , Providing medical equipment training, and product information etc. Our institute on wheels which is built on VOLVO 9400XL comes fully equipped for long range travel to any locations, with full amenities to sustain a large group professional doctors and their equipments to provide quality on-site training. The bus has three compartments, First driver cabin, second lounge area and third training compartment.

Driver Cabin: A Fully AC cabin with GPRS system, cctv camera and rear view camera with display screen.

Lounge and Pantry area : Fully AC compartment with both AC unit, driven on vehicle engine and generator. Also has 32” LED display TV, coffee vending machine, pantry table with electric powered wash basin, Sofa set, Refrigerator . This is mainly used as rest room for faculty.

Training compartment : Fully AC compartment with both AC unit, driven on vehicle engine and generator. It consist of one faculty table and twelve trainee tables six on each side with storage cabinets. This compartment is also provided with twelve LED display screens (six at each Left & right side) and one at partition wall behind the faculty, with web camera to display the training program demo given by faculty.

BUS: VOLVO 9400XL

Interior : “CE” certified FR grade DIN – 4102 aluminum composite panels (ACP) meets the performance of ASCA96 & AAMA 2605, 100% maintenance free, no effect by natural gases, humidity and water. Also has property of sand water corrosion resistance, fire safety and no toxic gases.

Electrical: ISI Mark PVC insulated, flame retardant cables of Grade IS 694 are used for all electrical wiring with PVC sleeve and PVE flexible pipe covered on, with rubber grommets at metal parts for salty. Also circuit breakers MCB’s and fuses are provided to control the high voltage.

DG SET: 23 KVA DG set with anti-vibration pads and sound less canopy is provided to provide electrical power to the Training Van. To load and unload the DG set in the vehicle lower dickey, hydraulic trolley with four cylinders and wheels, is provided.
